Mendekam di balik jeruji penjara tak membuat Ariel kehilangan kreativitas. Bahkan, vokalis eks Peterpan rencananya akan segera merilis single solo-nya di LP Kebon Waru, Bandung. Lagu baru kekasih Luna Maya itu diberi judul Dara.

Manager eks Peterpan, Budi Soeratman membenarkan kabar tersebut. Namun ia belum bisa memastikan tanggal yang pasti soal perilisannya. "Kalau harinya belum pasti," ujar Budi kepada detikhot, Minggu (17/4/2011).

Kabar yang beredar di kalangan wartawan, Ariel akan merilis single solo-nya pada Senin (18/4/2011) besok. Budi menjelaskan kalau lagu 'Dara' tidak akan dimasukkan ke dalam album terbaru eks Peterpan. "Itu single dari Ariel aja," tutupnya.

Since from the very beginning of this blog, I had in mind that most of people do not use Blogger just because of its "limitations", or whatever they think blogger has, so I have decided to creat unique templates that would blow people's minds not only because of their designs, but also for its many unique and out-of-the-box features.

Now I bring you a template that no one has never made for Blogger: a video template. Yes, now you guys can showcase your videos using blogger! ins't that awesome?

The fact is that I am very excited about this template, because this one may turn out in a revolution on Blogger templates, People will now see that Blogger is not as limited as they thought it was, believe me: I didn't even start describing its features yet.

I have been working on this template for the past weeks, finding a way to improve it each time I put my hands on it. Nicolas Cage's Outrageous Decades-Long Shopping Spree

An article in The Daily Beast says that Nicolas Cage's recent financial problems are, at least in part, due to outrageous, eccentric spending that puts even his most flamboyant fellow celebrities to shame.

If you can dream it, Nic Cage bought it: yachts, a jet, a castle, over 50 cars, over a million dollars' worth of comic books, multiple (supposedly haunted) mansions in New Orleans, two Bahamanian islands, shrunken heads that may or may not have been human, and, famously, a $500k Lamborghini once owned by the Shah of Iran. Most amusingly, Cage spent $276,000 on a dinosaur skull in a "heated auction with Leonardo DiCaprio." And though the article has details about Cage's many pets -- claiming that he kept antidote serum on his wall for the poison of his two King Cobras -- it neglects to mention at least one: Cage's pet octopus.

Cage's lawyer, Martin Singer, told The Daily Beast "Half the stuff you say is false. I'm not going to get into detail," so we may never know which half is true.

Cage made headlines last month when he filed a $20 million lawsuit against his former business manager. The suit claims the manager, Samuel Levin, failed to pay taxes and lost money in unsound investments, putting him "down a path toward financial ruin." This summer, the IRS placed a tax lien of over $6 million on Cage's New Orleans properties for unpaid income taxes.

Still, it's hard not to look at Cage's extreme-by-any-standards spending habits and not draw conclusions about his current money woes. For example, did he really need to customize a Bentley so elaborately that, when he got it back from the shop, he could no longer fit in it?

However lavishly Cage spent on himself, he's also been a very generous guy. The article reports that the actor gave $1 million to the Red Cross to aid victims of Hurricane Katrina, and $2 million to the human-rights group Amnesty International.

Elizabeth Smart on her abduction: 'I never let it hold me back'

In June of 2002, then-14-year-old Elizabeth Smart was abducted from her family's home in Salt Lake City, Utah. In March of 2003 she was found alive, 18 miles away, with presumed kidnappers Brian David Mitchell and Wanda Ileen Barzee. She was returned to her family. In the years that followed, Smart refused to discuss the specifics of her abduction with the press, even though her ordeal captivated the nation. However, in recent weeks she has begun to open up publicly, notably at a women's conference, "Overcoming the Unimaginable," sponsored by California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Now 21, an upbeat-looking and -sounding Smart spoke about how she's moved on from the incident, telling the audience in video shown this morning on the Today Show that "I have never let it hold me back, and I have gone on to do everything, so far, that I have wanted to do, and I think that's so important." She added, "We all have our trials, and we all experience hard times, but I don't think we should ever let it disable us from what we want to do."

Smart's recent willingness to speak out is a dramatic about-face. In 2006, when repeatedly pressed to discuss her ordeal during an interview with TV host Nancy Grace, Smart responded, "To be frankly honest, I really don't appreciate you bringing all of this up."

According to testimony Smart gave during a court proceeding, Brian David Mitchell entered her bedroom after she'd been put to bed by her parents. He held a knife to her throat and threatened to murder her family if she refused to quietly leave with him. Smart said that Mitchell then took her to a cabin in the nearby woods. Wanda Ileen Barzee was waiting there to prepare her for a marriage ceremony performed by Mitchell to make Smart his wife. Smart has said that she was repeatedly raped and assaulted during her captivity, which came to an end when a couple familiar with her case through "America's Most Wanted" spotted her traveling with Mitchell and Barzee and reported her whereabouts to local authorities.

Despite everything she went through, Smart says that her faith never wavered - instead it provided her with the strength to persist: "I know that we do have angels on the other side that we don't see. We're never truly left alone in our darkest hour." (Yahoo/AF)

Makeout Session Detailed in Anna Nicole Doc's Diary

Oh, so it can get worse. A California Medical Board investigator testified Wednesday that a 2007 search of the home of former Anna Nicole Smith physician Sandeep Kapoor turned up a journal in which the doctor wrote, "I was making out with Anna, my patient, blurring the lines. I gave her Methadone, Valium. Can she ruin me?"

If what he wrote in his diary was true, so much for that whole "How dare you, I'm gay!" excuse. Kapoor and psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich, who along with Howard K. Stern are facing charges of facilitating Smith's drug habit, have both been accused of having inappropriate contact with their patient.

Investigator Jon Genens said on the stand that he believed this entry, dated June 13, 2005, was the only mention of Smith in Kapoor's journal, which had entries dated between 1999 and 2005. Various records pertaining to Smith's and her son Daniel's medical treatment were also found in the doctor's kitchen and closet, Genens testified earlier today. He said they contained numerous differences from the supposed duplicates that Kapoor's attorney had at his office, including notes about Smith's vital signs and prescription instructions.

A progress report found in Kapoor's home dated April 24, 2006, contained the note, "benzo addiction? to avoid"—a note not included on the otherwise identical copy at the lawyer's office.

Genens continued: During a checkup conducted about a year before Smith's death on Feb. 8, 2007, Kapoor documented a lesion on the former Playmate's left thigh and that she felt pain in her left leg. Another document from the same date, but made out using one of Smith's aliases, listed a different blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rate than the forms with Smith's name on them.

"Doctors' notes need to accurately reflect what's going on with their patients," Genens said. He also testified that another journal entry indicated that Kapoor was abusing Ambien, BuSpar and Wellbutrin. "I have to get off the drugs," he wrote in 2002, according to Genens. Michael Jackson Possibly the Only One Not at This Is It Premiere

It seemed everyone in Hollywood wanted to see what This Is It was all about. Going on speculation and a glowing review from Elizabeth Taylor, a heaping spoonful of A-listers and others packed Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre for the premiere of the Michael Jackson concert film, comprising footage shot in the weeks leading up to his death as he prepared for a 50-date farewell-concert blowout.

"I'm sitting in the nokia theater in awe of the 'this is it' movie!" twittered Paula Abdul, just one of the stars who walked the red carpet before showtime. "So many emotions are coming up For me I can't believe He's Gone BRILLIANT."

Jackson's brothers were the blood-relative VIPs in a crowd that also included Will Smith, Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry, Adam Lambert, David Cook, Paris Hilton, Neil Patrick Harris, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Nigel Lythgoe and Berry Gordy Jr.

"Michael would have loved this turnout," associate producer and tour choreographer Travis Payne told the L.A. Times' Pop & Hiss blog as Jackson's music played in the background.

"It's time to celebrate Michael, to rejoice in all his wonderful messages of peace and love. People are going to enjoy seeing the Michael I always got to see."

"You see him onstage as if he were standing in front of a full house," added This Is It director Kenny Ortega. "I hope the fans find satisfaction, that fans will understand what Michael had planned for them."

Sony Pictures paid $60 million for the rights to more than 100 hours of rehearsal footage that was whittled into the 1-hour-and-51-minute film. Kara Dio Guardi Will Be Back on American Idol!

Guessing which of the judges will be back on American Idol next season has become a popular game. And yeah, we're having trouble keeping track of the rumors, reports and whispers, too. However, we can tell ya that Kara DioGuardi will be back for season nine of the hit reality show...

"Her deal is done. There are no ifs, ands or buts," a source said. "Done. She will be back." No surprise, but the source reports that DioGuardi's new deal doesn't even come close to what the other judges are getting or, in Paula Abdul's case, asking for.

DioGuardi is set to start shooting a new season of auditions in the next week or so. Reps for DioGuardi and the show declined to comment. Jackson delivers on `This Is It,' early fans say

"Michael Jackson's This Is It" has debuted to enthusiastic applause from fans attending the premiere of the film chronicling the concerts that might have been.

"This Is It" played like a concert at Tuesday evening's Los Angeles premiere, the celebrity audience applauding after each number. The film shows Jackson confidently keeping pace with dancers half his age, doing his moonwalk and other signature moves on such hits as "Thriller," "Billie Jean" and "Beat It."

Director and longtime Jackson collaborator Kenny Ortega (Or-TAY-gah) introduced the film to the Nokia Theatre audience, calling it the "last sacred documentation of our leader and our friend."

The atmosphere was frenzied and tense as people crowded into Badgley Mischka's showroom on Sunday, Oct. 18, for one of the most hotly anticipated bridal gown collections to be shown this week as designers like Vera Wang, Nicole Miller and Monique Lhuillier present their bridal offerings for next year to press and buyers in New York.

While Mark Badgley and James Mischka are known for their intricately embellished gowns both on the red carpet and in the wedding aisle, for their Spring 2010 bridal collection, they kept the embellishment to a minimum, instead focusing on strong, sleek silhouettes like strapless taffeta trumpet gowns with their elegant fit and flare look that recalls the kind of old Hollywood glamour beloved by new Hollywood. They were understated, but with enough glitter to be eye-catching.

Delicate strands of Swarovski crystal were draped across one trumpet gown like a chandelier. One shoulder looks were also prevalent, and one particularly striking dress featured a grosgrain ribbon as a strap, almost like a beauty pageant queen's sash.

Badgley Mischka also utilized delicate chiffon ruffles to great effect in both bridal and bridesmaid dresses, seemingly tailor-made for the dancing portion of the wedding reception. The bridesmaids dresses came in cool blue shades like lilac, iris and periwinkle.

One new silhouette they introduced was a short cocktail-length dress with a longer tulle overlay/train, for the spring or summer bride who wants the effect of a full gown without the weight.

Example News 1: Sienna Miller takes on an obsessive Miss Julie

She taunts and teases. And acts more than a little crazy. Emotions run high right from the very beginning of "After Miss Julie," Patrick Marber's supercharged version of "Miss Julie," the 19th century Strindberg classic about class, power and, of course, sex.

The Roundabout Theatre Company production, which opened Thursday at its American Airlines Theatre, demonstrates that Marber's updating and transplanting of the Scandinavian drama to post-World War II England works, for the most part, just fine.

The main attraction here, at least in terms of celebrity, is the Broadway stage debut of Sienna Miller as Marber's volatile title character. Miller, a tabloid regular, looks sensational: blond hair done up in a quintessential '40s 'do, her trim figure wrapped in a pert floral print dress that shows off her great legs. The very model of a seducer awaiting to commence seduction.

And wealthy Julie has set her sights on John, her father's seemingly stoic chauffeur and valet, playing by Jonny Lee Miller (no relation to Sienna Miller). In doesn't seem to matter that the man already is spoken for — committed to Christine, the cook at the family's country estate. Julie is relentless in her pursuit of the man.

And there is a relentless quality to Sienna Miller's performance, not terribly subtle or vulnerable, but compelling in its obsessiveness. For anything more than the play's 90 minutes, her single-mindedness might prove too much, but director Mark Brokaw has paced the show nicely, so by the time the show's inevitable tragic ending arrives, we have had just enough of the title character's compulsive behavior.

The action is set very specifically on July 26, 1945, and the following morning — when wartime Prime Minister Winston Churchill was booted out of office and the Labour Party ushered into power. New beginnings, not only for the government but for John, the class-bound servant who plans on running away to New York with Julie.

But a lot of things go awry in the gloomy estate kitchen, which is where "After Miss Julie" takes place. Designer Allen Moyer's setting is suitably atmospheric, dominated by a large wooden table at center stage that looks as if it could easily seat a dozen diners.

But "After Miss Julie" is a love triangle, a three-character prize fight in which nobody wins. That's because class division has a way of trumping everything, a gulf that John the chauffeur innately understands. It's one of the many effective qualities of Jonny Lee Miller's pitch-perfect performance. The actor expertly captures the man's quandary — his devotion to his job as a servant and then his desires for Julie, desires that inevitably will lead to his downfall.

A surprising amount of the play is performed in silence, showing the downstairs chores of both John and Christine, played with an appropriate weariness by Marin Ireland. Their daily assembly-line drudgery is performed almost robotically, a startling contrast to the erratic, often provocative antics of Julie.

One such highlight: Julie's demand that John kiss her foot. He obliges out of a sense of master-servant duty but the erotic subtext soon moves front and center and dooms everyone on stage. "After Miss Julie" makes for quite an explosive evening.
